UPDATES:

Major Announcements From ZMP

As our company grows, we continue to try and help our clients reach a larger audience and we are always looking for new markets. On these two fronts there are some very exciting developments, along with some other improvements.

We are very pleased to announce that many of our published books will also be converted to audio books! In the U.S. audiobook sales in 2019 totaled 1.2 billion dollars and the market is expected to continue to grow at a 20-25 percent rate over the next 6 years. This is nothing but good news for all our book clients. We feel this is a major announcement for our small but growing company. 

At this time, several books are already in production to become audiobooks. Look for more information on this in the coming months.

 

More on the book front. We can now offer professional proof reading at a very reasonable rate for those who want or need that service. Of course this is not a requirement for us to publish your book. It is a service to those who might want it. 

 

Another development is in helping our clients. Very soon, all our clients will start receiving an email version newsletter with valuable information on marketing, connecting with fans and much more. And don't worry, we will NOT be spamming you with a boat load of emails. We are talking 2-4 emails a month at most.

ZMP is also going to attempt to book more of our clients on podcast and events. Of course, this would be something the client would agree to and have time to do.

And there are several other things that are in the works, but it is too early to reveal all of it at this point.

Now some more big news! We signed two really great films for distribution.They just recently became available to stream and purchase.

One -  A Wish For Giants - A terrific family drama film.

Two - Searching for Sasquatch - An excellent documentary.

We also released many new merchandising items in February. Such as Throw Pillows, Tote Bags, & T-shirts!

We also just released an exciting new book - Tales of My Lady: The Price of War by Nancy Marietta.

Some coming soon items includes some new Music, Activity book and a film. More great things are still in the pipeline ...so hang on!

But the month also had what we consider Not so good news with a couple announcements from Amazon.

Amazon stopped accepting unsolicited films submissions directly. The main categories affected are nonfiction titles and short films.While this has the potential to affect some of our documentary films, it could also lead to other streaming services picking up films and growing. While we don't truly understand the move by Amazon to lock out documentaries, we have not choice but to live with it and just work harder to place films on other services. 

Another announcement from Amazon was that they will stop offering DVD service to publishers. This goes into affect on March 31st. But sales of current DVDs will continue until June. Amazon's reasoning for the change was that people prefer streaming to physical copies of films.
But Zombie Media understands there are many collectors out there that still prefer to have a DVD or Blu-ray in hand and that internet service can sometimes go out and you need a physical DVD to watch. And there are still others who don't even have high speed internet to watch streaming shows. But Do Not fret, we will still be publishing DVDs & Blu-rays and offering them for sale on our store sites and numerous other places. We have a few other manufactures we deal with, so they will get more of our business. 

But overall February was an AWESOME and EXCITING month here at Zombie Media!

Coronavirus and Publishing Status Update

The Coronavirus outbreak is causing havoc to the world and many businesses are closing up shop, at least temporarily. The economy the world over is really taking a hit. The stock market has been falling and many are losing large amounts of money. All of this has caused many companies, large and small, to close or stop conducting business.

Here at Zombie Media, we are still working and open for our clients. We are still actively seeking new clients and deals as well. The good part about our publishing services is that we can conduct it from our home offices without much interruption. The power of the internet allows most, if not all, of our work to continue. We are still publishing, marketing, signing deals, working on projects and paying our clients. If there is an interruption to any of this we will keep you informed. The time may come when there are delays that are out of our control. If that happens we will be sure to let everyone know.

We felt the need to inform our clients that while things are chaotic right now, we are still working and that you will be paid royalties due you. We want everyone to be safe and follow national instruction to help prevent the spread of the virus. We will defeat this and things will return to a more normal in the future. Our hearts go out to all those who have been or will be effected by the virus.

Bigfoot The Legend is Real - Coming in 2020!

!! Film Project Update !! 

 

2020 is shaping up to be a very good year for Zombie Media and our production companies. We thought we would take some time and give you an update on the status of one of the films.

Bigfoot:The legend is real started filming in early 2018. The project grew with more witnesses and evidence. We have already filmed numerous hours and locations, but there is still more filming to do. There are many people still to interview and many remote locations to research in early 2020.

We have already enlisted the help of several professionals and we have several team members already involved. This has been a long process with numerous man hours, but we have a desire and a determination to bring out the ultimate Bigfoot documentary.

Once the film releases you will follow along as the team treks various mountainous areas in search for evidence. You will be intrigued by the numerous witness interviews of those who have actually seen the beast.The film will include night investigations, day investigation, witness interviews, various evidence that we can't disclose at the moment and many never before told encounters.

There is already a big list of names involved in the project, some you may know and others you may not. Here is a partial list of people involved in the film: 

Thomas Marcum, Tony Felosi, Greg Champy, Michael Cook, John Caldwell, Mike Miller, Mike Feltner, Gwendolynn Guthrie, Nancy Lawson, Austin Rutherford, Kustom FX graphics

We are expecting a mid to late summer release for the film. Originally we thought it would be released early in 2020 but as the project grew and some interviews had to be rescheduled, the date had to be pushed farther into the year. We want to turn out the best film possible.

There is also the possibility of at least one more fund raising effort for the film. Funding is essential for a project like this. There are numerous things that we just have to purchase and there is a lot of travel expense. Any help in these areas helps us create a better film. We will update on this in the future.
