May Statistics & Monthly Update
May 2026 marked a clear upswing for the film catalog, delivering a strong rebound in performance and signaling renewed momentum across multiple platforms. Net earnings showed a 47.5% increase over April, continuing the recovery that began after March’s low point. With new placements on DIRECTV, Xumo, Spark TV, Relay, and expanded international reach through Plex/Popsy, Filmzie, and Amazon Prime territories, the film catalog showed both stability and growth. Franchise titles remained top performers, and diversified revenue streams from YouTube and VOD added to a solid month of overall activity.
We’ll keep monitoring trends closely and stay focused on reaching new audiences, improving visibility, and creating additional income opportunities for everyone involved.

MUTV March Uptime Report
May was another strong month for MUTV, with the channel maintaining a full 100% uptime across all stream sessions.
Analytics logged 759.5 hours of continuous streaming activity for the month, more than the 744 total hours in May, thanks to overlapping stream instances created during routine restarts. In short:
The stream never went down.

*On Amazon (US), our overall watch minutes were up when compared to the previous month. This month, there were over 58 total watch hours. The overall watch time on Amazon is down from previous years, but no doubt it is due to the growth of free-to-watch services. So, the watch hours are holding fairly steady on Amazon. Amazon changed their Slate (self-publishing Platform) and, at this time, they are not accepting new account setups in the U.S., the UK, Germany & Austria, or Japan. Amazon is an important service for all filmmakers. Zombie Media will continue to present titles to Amazon to help ensure the success of filmmakers. In fact, we reach Amazon services and territories that were never available through Slate.
Mysteries Unlimited TV - This 24/7 live channel is a project of Zombie Media. We are proud to announce that our clients received payouts from the service. Our hope is to continue to grow the channel, and that payouts will increase for everyone. MUTV officially launched in early November. We recently added over 50 hours of new content.

May continued the catalog’s global expansion, with multiple titles securing new placements across a wide range of international platforms. Amazon Prime Video added fresh territories, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, and Guernsey, while Plex/Popsy and Filmzie broadened their reach into additional overseas markets. Combined with new U.S. platform relationships like DIRECTV, Xumo, Spark TV, and Relay, the catalog saw one of its strongest periods of worldwide distribution to date.
